This Privacy Policy describes how Bounce It Back ("we," "our," or "the App") handles your data. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Data We Collect & How We Use It

We do not require you to manually create a user account to play. Instead, we use your native platform account (Apple Game Center or Google Play Games) to authenticate you seamlessly in the background. We collect and store your game progress (such as high scores, unlocked items, and virtual currency balances) on secure cloud servers (Google Cloud/Firestore). This allows you to restore your progress across different devices. We do not collect or store "Personal Information" such as your real name, physical address, or phone number on our own servers.

2. Third-Party Services & Data Collection

To provide cloud saves, monetize the game, and support its development, we partner with the following third-party services which collect specific data for their distinct roles:

Firebase Authentication & Firestore (Cloud Saves): We use Firebase to authenticate you using your Game Center or Play Games ID. Your game progression is stored in Cloud Firestore, linking your save data to a unique, anonymous identifier so you don't lose your progress.

Google AdMob & Unity Ads (Advertising Mediation): Used to provide personalized or non-personalized advertisements to keep the game free. These services collect device identifiers (e.g., IDFA on iOS or Advertising ID on Android), your IP address, and interaction data to serve relevant ads.

Firebase Analytics (Analytics): Used to understand how players interact with the game. This collects anonymous usage metrics and crash reports to help us fix bugs and improve stability.

RevenueCat (Purchases): Used to manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes transaction identifiers and your platform Account ID to validate your access to premium content across devices.

3. Support Communications

If you contact us via email for support, we will receive your email address and any information you choose to provide. This information is used strictly to respond to your request and resolve technical issues. We do not use these email addresses for marketing or share them with third parties.

4. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)

Depending on your location, you have specific rights regarding your data:

Right to Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your cloud save profile and any associated identifiers. To exercise this right, please email us directly at the contact address below with a request to delete your account. Note that deleting the app from your device does *not* automatically delete your cloud save data.
Right to Opt-Out (Do Not Sell My Info): You can opt-out of personalized ads via your device settings (iOS: "Limit Ad Tracking" or "Ask App Not to Track"; Android: "Opt out of Ads Personalization").
App Tracking Transparency (iOS): The App respects your choice made via the iOS system prompt regarding activity tracking.
Right to Access: You have the right to request a summary of the categories of data we collect. Because we use third-party providers, you may also exercise your rights directly with Google and Apple.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will take immediate steps to delete it.
