By downloading, installing, or using Bounce It Back (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall the Game.
The creator of Bounce It Back grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a single mobile device owned or controlled by you.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE CREATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREATOR OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE GAME, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You are responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data that results from the use of the Game. You agree to use the Game at your own risk and to comply with all local laws regarding mobile application usage.
